Terms of Service

1. What this is

BeyondMC Media ("the Tool") is a private, invite-only tool run by the staff of BeyondMC, a Minecraft server (play.beyondmc.net). It manages our media creator program: staff use it to grant and renew the in-game Media rank, and to see the videos creators publish about BeyondMC on YouTube and TikTok. It is not a public service, it is not sold, and it cannot be signed up for.

2. Who may use it

• BeyondMC staff, through the staff panel.
• Creators invited by staff, who may connect their own YouTube or TikTok account so their uploads can be counted towards the Media rank.

You must be old enough to hold an account on the platform you connect (13 or older for both TikTok and YouTube) and follow that platform's own terms.

3. Connecting an account

• Connecting is voluntary. The Media rank can also be handled by hand through a ticket.
• The Tool only reads: your public profile, follower and like counts, and your videos with their view, like, comment and share counts. It never posts, comments, likes, follows or messages on your behalf.
• You can disconnect at any time from the platform's app settings, or ask staff to disconnect you. What happens to your data then is in the Privacy Policy.

4. The Media rank

The Media rank is an in-game perk given at the discretion of BeyondMC staff, for a limited time (currently 30 days per grant). Staff decide whether content qualifies; numbers shown by the Tool help that decision but do not entitle anyone to the rank. Staff may remove the rank or end someone's access to the Tool at any time, for example for faked views or content that breaks our server rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access parts of the Tool you were not given, other creators' data, or the accounts of others, and do not misuse the platforms' APIs through it.

6. No warranty

The Tool is provided as is. Statistics come from YouTube and TikTok and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. BeyondMC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Tool, to the extent the law allows.

7. Third parties

BeyondMC is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, Google, Mojang AB or Microsoft. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of TikTok to the TikTok Terms of Service.

8. Changes and contact
